Employee Fundraising
Employee Fundraising – From quiz nights to sponsored cycle rides, dress-down days to bake sales – fundraising at work for The Prince’s Initiative is hugely fun and rewarding. By supporting your staff’s fundraising efforts your company will enhance working relationships and encourage team building.
The Prince’s Initiative can advise you on best practice, logistics regarding funds raised and how you can use your employee’s activities to benefit your strategic corporate objectives. We are proud to accept contributions from employees, raised through fun and creative activities and we have a host of ideas on what works best in different company structures, in addition to offering great relationship management. We support employees by providing strong case studies, pictures and other materials that will help employee groups to feel motivated, engaged and enthused by their actions in supporting the over 50s. In some cases the money raised is then matched by the company as an extra incentive.
Volunteering- We value the expertise and specialist skills of the people in your company. By giving us their time and effort, they can help us make a real impact on the lives of the over 50s who have been made redundant across the UK.
There are a number of ways in which your staff can volunteer for The Prince’s Initiative – from becoming a mentor or a mentor co-ordinator to helping us with our website. By supporting staff volunteering activities, companies can strengthen their corporate social responsibility programmes and stand out from their competitors. For more information about how to become a mentor, visit our Be a Mentor page.
